The one great law is that Energy Is. It is always moving, rhythmically and harmoniously, from spirit to form. At its highest vibration, it is invisible; at its lowest vibration, it is dense and heavy. Nature works according to law.
Remember the lessons from science class? Matter is neither created or destroyed; it simply changes form.
In one of your earliest experiments, you planted seeds in a paper cup, put it on the window sill, kept it moist, watched as the seeds broke through the earth and formed their first leaves. Some of your classmates, though, weren’t as careful. Did at least someone dig up the seed, impatient? Did someone else forget to water, and someone else watered too much? Did some drop theirs or leave it in the dark?
In science, you experiment and observe what happens. As long as you provide sunlight and adequate water to your cup of dirt and seed… in other words, the right conditions according to natural law… the outcome is assured. The seed moves toward its full expression.
Unlike the seed, though, you are blessed with a special gift. You can think.
Thoughts, remember, are vibrations. Just like matter is heavy or light according to its vibration, so are thoughts. At a higher vibration, thoughts are of peace, love, abundance, joy; at lower levels of vibration, thoughts are of anger, jealousy, lack, sadness.
The key, then, to attracting what you desire into your life is to change whatever thoughts you now have into thoughts of what you desire.
Simple.
But not easy.
It starts with awareness.
Your subconscious mind right now is full of images. If I say, “Think of car,” you don’t see the letters C A R; you image a particular car in your mind based on your experience of “car.” It might be the image of the old mini-van in your driveway or the new shiny red sports car in your dream. Attached to these images are emotions. Are they happy memories of all the family vacations driving across the country in the old mini-van? Or are you instead feeling angry and frustrated that you can’t replace the old heap and jealous of your neighbor’s new shiny red sports car?
When you are aware, you can acknowledge those emotions of anger, frustration, and jealousy. But you can choose to feel thankful for the memories and that the old heap still gets you around. You can choose to be happy for your neighbor.
From that place of gratitude and happiness, you can visualize yourself in that shiny red sports car, creating new and happy memories.
But cars are not the only images you store in your subconscious mind. You also store images of you not good enough, not thin enough, not fast enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough. To do what, you’re not sure; everything and anything, you suppose. Those thoughts create emotions, too. You can name them. But the worst is fear; it keeps you from stepping beyond those stored images and trying on new ones.
The good news is that you can, with awareness and practice, replace those negative, unsupportive images with positive, high vibration, supportive ones. Then, when I say, “Think of abundance,” you try on abundance, and see that it does, indeed, fit you perfectly.
Since your thoughts create your emotions, and you’re mind is in control of your thoughts, if you change your thoughts, you change your emotions. It’s all a matter of awareness.
Look around you. Do you see beauty in the sunrise, or do you feel it’s just another day? Are you thankful for the nourishing rain, or do you complain about getting wet?
Are you, like the seed, moving toward your fullest expression? The universe intends you to be abundant, successful, joyous. But, unlike the seed, you have a choice.
When you move into the rhythm and harmony of the universal vibration, everything you require for your dreams to manifest appears. Be thankful; it’s a light, invisible, harmonious vibration.
There are more laws… more tools for your manifestation tool belt. Remember, the more you understand them and the more you apply them in your life, the greater control you’ll have over your result.
